Microsoft Autopilot Registration
Microsoft Autopilot is a deployment solution that simplifies the rollout of new PCs in organizations. By registering the device in the customer?s Windows Autopilot environment before delivery, the device can be automatically enrolled into the customer?s Microsoft environment when the end user signs in for the first time. This reduces manual setup work, improves consistency, and helps accelerate device deployment across the organization.
What is included
Before the first order can be processed, the service must be activated. Activation begins with the Autopilot Service onboarding form, which is used to collect the required customer details, including the customer?s domain, Tenant ID, and the email address of a user with Global Admin rights. F9 will send a permission request to the designated Global Admin, and once the request has been approved, the service is ready to use for future orders.
Requirements
Please provide the end customer?s domain, Tenant ID, and any Group Tag identifier in the additional text field on the order line.
Scope limitation
This service covers registration only. The device is not powered on, and no operating system installation or device preparation is performed.
Recommended options
The target lead time for preinstallation-related services is 2?4 business days, depending on order size and service scope.
